401(K) Weaknesses

In today's world, there are lots of choices about where and how to save for retirement. Often times, people utilize a 401(K) option offered by their employer. 401(K)'s can be very powerful since they have much higher contribution limits than IRA accounts. Be careful though, 401(K)'s are not necessarily the end all be all and they sometimes have possible weaknesses.
